This summer, Troop 549 spent a great week at our council's own Camp Whitsett in the Southern Sierra Nevada.

Troop 549 went to summer camp at Camp Tahquitz this year. The scouts elected to do all of their own cooking for the
week rather than eat in the dining hall. This worked out well; the scouts learned a lot and had more to eat than if they
had chosen the dining hall. Lots of merit badges completed and lots of sunburned faces.
